Shipping Policy

Shipping Availability:
We offer global shipping from our design studio in Hong Kong. Delivery costs depend on your order details and chosen shipping location, and the final amount will be shown at checkout.

Shipping Methods:
Shipped via standard carriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS) for smaller orders or freight carriers for larger orders, with delivery times varying by destination.

Tracking and Insurance:
All shipments are fully insured and trackable. Tracking information is provided once your order ships.

Damaged Goods:
Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you notice any damage, please note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours with photos and details. For other issues, such as defects or incorrect orders, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a resolution (repair, replacement, or refund).

Installation:
Our furniture does not require installation. If you have questions about assembly or setup, please contact us for guidance.

 

Returns Policy

Standard Collection Items & Accessories:
If you are unsatisfied with a standard accessory or collection item for any reason, we accept return or exchange requests within 7 days of delivery. Please contact our studio as soon as possible to secure a return authorisation.

Returned items must be shipped back to us in their original, unopened packaging using a carrier that provides tracking and insurance. Return shipping fees and transit liabilities are the responsibility of the customer, and original delivery charges are non-refundable. Upon safe receipt and inspection of the item, we will issue a store credit for the product purchase price.

Made-to-Order & Custom Furniture:
As our signature furniture collections and bespoke design pieces are uniquely crafted to order based on your individual specifications, all made-to-order products are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Defective Deliveries:
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work to resolve the issue through repair, replacement, or refund, as required by applicable consumer laws.

Cancellation:
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of order confirmation.


Warranty

We offer a 2-year limited warranty on all made-to-order furniture, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Contact us with photos and order details for issues, and we’ll arrange repairs, replacement parts, or a replacement item, subject to inspection. The warranty excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage from improper care.
